FIFA 21 Confirmed

FIFA 21 will benefit from next-generation console technology

Electronic Arts confirmed the new FIFA 21 at its EA Play showcase. Just like most of the EA games, it is coming to Steam with a release date of October 3rd.

The next instalment of FIFA was revealed via a trailer shared with already-announced Madden NFL 21. According to EA, this year’s FIFA will be supported on PlayStation 5 and Xbox One X. Specifically, if you play using a DualSense controller, be ready for some advanced haptic feedback. There is a new “deferred lighting system,” meaning more detailed player models, and spatial audio technology.

For FIFA 21, EA will be using a technology of “player humanization,” which is a way of saying that expect players to behave more authentic, celebrate goals harder and rage against bad decisions even harder.

Origin Access subscribers will have access to the game days before its official release, and a special 10 percent discount on the price if purchased through Origin.
